Film Tottenham has now been screening for over a year.
The project has screened films from first time filmmakers, to seasoned BAFTA winners.
Film Tottenham has screened work from over 30 creators spanning over 20 hours including spoken word artists and musicians.
I’m incredibly proud that Film Tottenham has also screened 5 feature films, 2 live music performances and 5 spoken word performances.
As part of the project, there are Q and A sessions to give artists a platform to talk about their work and also provide the audience with an opportunity to share their voice and opinion (which is incredibly important).
2024 holds more for Film Tottenham with more networking events and screenings. It has already screened in 3 venues across Tottenham. Our last screening of 2023 was supported by Haringey’s “Made by Tottenham” which was a great achievement. A personal thank you in this post to the teams at Blighty, Beehive, The Trampery all of whom have been really supportive. The initial ‘lift off’ wouldn’t have been possible without support from businesses in Tottenham such as BlueCoats and The High Cross.
